Creamy Yogurt Garlic Dip

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced or grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or dill, finely chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1:
In a bowl, add yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Step 2:
Mix until smooth and creamy.

Step 3:
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Step 4:
Stir in fresh herbs if using.

Step 5:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 15–20 minutes to allow flavors to develop.

Step 6:
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
