Yogurt Mint Raita

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon water or milk (to adjust consistency)

Directions

Step 1:
Whisk yogurt in a bowl until smooth and creamy.

Step 2:
Add mint, cilantro, cumin powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder.

Step 3:
Mix well and adjust consistency with water or milk if needed.

Step 4:
Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor
