Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Directions
Step 1:
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Step 2:
Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 3:
Add shrimp, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
Step 4:
Add zucchini to the skillet and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until just tender.
Step 5:
Return shrimp to the pan. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes. Toss well.
Step 6:
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
