Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled, deveined, cooked & chopped
- 1 ripe mango, finely diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 small red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes or chopped jalapeño (optional)
- Wonton wrappers or lettuce leaves (for cups)
- Olive oil or cooking spray
Directions
Step 1:
Bake or air-fry wonton wrappers in a muffin tin at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes until crisp. Let cool.
Step 2:
In a bowl, combine shrimp, mango, red onion, bell pepper, and cilantro.
Step 3:
Add lime juice, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Mix gently.
Step 4:
Spoon shrimp mango salsa into crispy cups or lettuce leaves.
Step 5:
Serve immediately for best crunch and freshness.
