Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 packet (or 2 tablespoons) ranch seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish
Directions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Step 2:
In a bowl, mix yogurt, ranch seasoning, garlic, olive oil, paprika, pepper, and salt.
Step 3:
Place chicken in the baking dish and coat evenly with the yogurt ranch mixture.
Step 4:
Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5:
Uncover, sprinkle cheese on top (if using), and bake for another 10–15 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and lightly golden.
Step 6:
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
