Yogurt Mustard Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds chicken breast or thighs, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon or yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Directions

Step 1:
In a bowl, mix yogurt, mustard, olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Step 2:
Add chicken cubes and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 8 hours).

Step 3:
Thread chicken onto skewers.

Step 4:
Grill over medium heat for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes.

Step 5:
Cook until chicken is fully done and lightly charred.

Step 6:
Serve hot with salad, rice, or flatbread.
