Artichoke Hummus

A healthy option for any party table

Ingredients

12 ounce package of frozen artichoke hearts, thawed or one large jar in olive oil drained of most of the oil

¼ cup lemon juice

3-5 garlic cloves, roughly chopped

1 teaspoon fine Kosher salt

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (Adjust or omit if using jarred artichoke’s)

paprika or kashmiri chili powder for garnish

Directions

Step 1: Place artichokes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Step 2: Put the artichokes along with the rest of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth

Step 3: Sprinkle with paprika or kashmiri chili powder.
