Cashew Caesar Dressing

This is a great dressing and very easy to make.

Ingredients

2 ounces oil packed anchovy fellets

1/2 cup raw cashews

The juice of one lemon

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

3-4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Teaspoon garlic powder

Olive Oil

Directions

Step 1: Blend anchovies, cashews, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder in a blender or food processor, until broken up.

Step 2: With the motor running, add enough oil to make dressing. If too think, add some water.
