Asparagus Quiche with Goat Cheese

Perfect for a spring or summer lunch when asparagus is at its finest.  Sweet onions and sauteed with the asparagus.  This quiche will easily serve 6-8 people.  Order a salad and homemade bread for a complete meal.  Serves 6 people.
