Enfes Yemek Tarifleri

Cup volume = 200 ml

6 cups plain flour (720 g)

2.5 glasses of water (500 ml)

1 teaspoon of salt (8 g)

1 tablespoon of olive oil (10 ml)

For fulfillment:

4 potatoes (800 g)

3 glasses of water (600 ml)

1 teaspoon of salt (4 g)

1 tablespoon vegetable oil (10 ml)

Further:

1 spoonful of butter (50 g)

Let’s prepare the potatoes first.

Peel and cut the potatoes.

Mix with oil in a pot, add salt, cover with water and let it boil.

We will cook it at home.

Mix the flour with salt, water and oil.

We will make a uniform dough.

Cover with foil,

Let rest for 10 minutes.

We will prepare the filling.

Mash the potatoes.

Add grated cheese and mix to a uniform mixture.

Divide the dough into 8 parts – loaves.

We will divide the filling in the same way.

On a floured board, roll out each loaf into a pancake.

Put a loaf of filling in the middle.

We wrap and roll out again.

Fry in a dry pan until golden on both sides.

Brush with butter and serve.
