Crispy Pasta

2 cups cooked pasta, cooled and lightly dried

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Kosher salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss the cooked pasta with the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the pasta to the air fryer basket in an even layer and cook for 10–15 minutes at 400°F, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crisp. Let cool slightly.
