Homemade Chicken Bouillon Powder

1 cup nutritional yeast

3 tablespoons chicken broth powder or powdered chicken stock base

2 tablespoons onion powder

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon dried parsley

1 tablespoon dried thyme

1 tablespoon poultry seasoning

2 teaspoons celery seed or celery salt

2 teaspoons turmeric powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 to 2 tablespoons salt, adjust to taste

1 teaspoon sugar, optional, to balance the flavor

 Add all ingredients to a blender, spice grinder, or food processor.

 Blend for 20 to 30 seconds until the mixture becomes a fine, even powder.

 Taste a tiny pinch. Add more salt if you want it closer to store-bought bouillon.

 Transfer the powder to a clean, dry glass jar with a tight lid.

 Store in a cool, dry pantry.
