North Carolina Barbeque Pulled Pork

Carolina Pulled Pork is one of those classic American BBQ styles that everybody needs to try at least once! Rich, savory smoked pork shoulder is slathered with a thin, vinegar-based sauce to bring a little bite to all that melt-in-your-mouth meat. When creating this Carolina-style pulled pork, I chose to add ketchup and brown sugar to the recipe because I personally love the flavor that they add to the smoky meat.

This meal will come with a bun on the side for the pork and homemade pea salad.

You can order more of the pulled pork to put in your freezer for later on this summer or fall. A 3-month freezer life will give you plenty of time. $8.00 per 16 ounces.

Pick up date will be TUESDAY – Friday from 12-5

$10 per serving. This meal will come in a 2 part black container.
