Ingredients
- 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
Directions
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2:
In a bowl, combine tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3:
Spread the seasoned tomatoes evenly in a baking dish.
Step 4:
Dollop ricotta cheese over the tomatoes and gently spread.
Step 5:
Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese evenly on top.
Step 6:
Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
Step 7:
Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.
