Black-Eyed Pea Casserole

This dish has seasoned black-eyed peas, sweet red peppers, tomatoes, homemade cream of chicken soup, rice and more. All baked together to marry all the flavors. This savory, spiced (not spicy hot) sweet from the peppers work together to make a dish that you will be asking for more. In fact, last time I made this dish, I had several requests for additional servings to put in the freezer. . This meal will come with deviled eggs.
