Fresh salmon pan seared and then flaked over fresh linguine. Served with a wonderfully flavored sauce made with broth, a little butter, cream, and seasoning. The sauce will be packaged on the side so it is not absorbed into the pasta; simply reheat the sauce and pour it over the pasta and salmon to warm the dish.
