Ultimate Cream of Tomato Soup

This is the best cream of tomato soup that I have ever made.  Perfect any time of the year.  Made with roasted tomatoes, shallots and just the perfect seasoning.  You won’t be disappointed with this soup.  Will serve 6 people and with salad and bread it will serve 8-10.
