Anything Sauce

2 pitted dates (soaked in warm water)

3 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 big clove garlic

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp black pepper

Blend in a food processor until smooth.

Note.  If you like it a little spicy, add some garlic chili oil
