Beurre Manié Recipe

8 tablespoons room temperature unsalted butter

8 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  1. Add softened butter and flour to a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Mash the ingredients together using a fork, pasty knife, or spoon.
  3. Switch to using your hands to knead the ingredients until the flour is incorporated.
