½ cup dried Garlic
1 cup dried onion
½ cup chili flakes
½ cup toasted sesame seeds
1/8 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
¼ cup soy sauce
2 ½ cups avocado oil or other natural oil heated to 325 degrees to 340 degrees
Stir in ingredients into hot oil.
For added flavor add 8 ounces of sun dried tomatoes (not oil packed), large jar pimentos, 4 star anise or MSG
This chili sauce is great over eggs, noodles, Romain marinated with cheese, melba toast and more. Store in a jar for up to 6 months in the fridge.
