Coffee Pie

1 C. Espresso (any coffee will do)
3 TBS. Milk
1 C. Brown Sugar
4 TBS. Flour
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
4 TBS. Butter
2 TBS. Caramel
1 Pie Crust Homemade or Store Bought

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Pour coffee into a pie crust; add milk.

Mix together brown sugar and flour; evenly sprinkle over coffee.

DO NOT STIR.

Add vanilla. Next evenly sprinkle butter over the pie.

DO NOT STIR.

Drizzle caramel sauce on the pie.

Protect the crust.

Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes then reduce heat to 375°F and continue to bake for 30 more minutes.

When finished baking allow pie to cool completely at room temperature then refrigerate for 4+ hours to allow the pie to set up.

Slice and serve with whipped topping.
