1 jar Alfredo sauce or homemade
1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce or homemade
2.25 lbs ground beef browned or a mix of Italian Sausage and Beef
2 bags of tortellini shells (with cheese) Dry kind
Shredded Parmesan and mozzarella
Cook meat until brown.
Boil the tortellini until soft. Mix sauces, meat and tortellini together. Put in casserole dish.
Cover with cheese and cook on 375 for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
