Ingredients
- 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cut into bite-size cubes
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt, to taste
Optional Dips:
- Sweet chili sauce
- Yogurt garlic dip
- Ketchup or mustard
Directions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or heat oil in a pan.
Step 2:
Pat tofu dry and toss with cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 3:
Drizzle with oil and mix until evenly coated.
Step 4:
Bake on a lined tray for 25–30 minutes (flip halfway) or pan-fry until golden and crispy.
Step 5:
Remove from oven/pan and let rest for 2–3 minutes.
Step 6:
Serve hot with dipping sauces.
