Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette

This is a great dressing for salads and veggies.

Ingredients

1/4 cup Dijon Mustard

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 to 1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 of small red onion

Salt and Pepper

Directions

Step 1: Put everything except olive oil into a food processor and blend.

Step 2: While processor is running slowly add 1/4 cup of olive oil. Stop and scrap down sides and taste to see if you would like to add more olive oil.
