Garlic Chili Shrimp Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1–2 teaspoons red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce or hot sauce
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1:
Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2:
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 3:
Stir in chili flakes and chili garlic sauce.

Step 4:
Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink.

Step 5:
Drizzle lemon juice over the shrimp and toss gently.

Step 6:
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh herbs.
