Ham, Mac and Cheese Soup

1 Onion finely diced (about 1 ½ cups

4 cloves garlic pressed or chopped

1 ½ teaspoon smoked Paprika

16 ounce of chicken or vegetable stock (homemade is best)

1 teaspoon dried thyme

2 tablespoons basil pasto

8 oz diced ham

2-3 cups freshly made or left-over mac and cheese

1 tablespoon Rick’s House Seasoning (see in recipe tab)

Sautee onion in olive oil

Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute

Once onions are softened and garlic is cooked, add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.

Taste and adjust seasonings
