Labneh Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup labneh
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 6–8 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olives, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or mint), chopped
  • 1 tablespoon nuts or seeds (walnuts, almonds, or pumpkin seeds – optional)
  • Warm pita or toast, for serving

Directions

Step 1:
Spread labneh evenly in a serving bowl.

Step 2:
Drizzle olive oil over the labneh and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

Step 3:
Top with cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and fresh herbs.

Step 4:
Sprinkle nuts or seeds on top for added crunch.

Step 5:
Serve immediately with warm pita bread or toast.
