Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
- 4 large flatbreads or tortillas
- 1 cup labneh
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh parsley or mint, chopped
Directions
Step 1:
Season chicken with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Step 2:
Heat olive oil in a skillet and warm chicken until lightly golden and heated through.
Step 3:
Warm flatbreads or tortillas.
Step 4:
Spread labneh evenly over each wrap.
Step 5:
Add chicken, cucumber, tomato, and onion.
Step 6:
Sprinkle with fresh herbs, roll tightly, and serve.
