4 egg yokes in a bowl
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ cups chopped pecans
1 ½ cups raisins (optional)
Mix egg yolks, sugar, butter, vinegar, vanilla together. Pour in a pie crust. Top with pecans and raisins if using and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
