Oven Baked Pulled Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breast
Rick’s House Seasoning
Olive oil
one recipe of barbeque sauce that can be found in Recipes

Rup each breast with some olive oil. Sprinks each chicken with Rick’s House seasoning. Wrap in parchment paper and then with foil. Bake at 350-degrees for about 30 minutes or until temperature reaches 155-degrees. Do not unwrap and let cool to room temperature.

When cool, shred chicken and add a small amount of sauce. Stir to mix with chicken. Place pulled chicken on Boston Lettuce or on a bun. Serve extra sauce on the side.
