2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon white pepper
Dumpling wrappers
1-2 tablespoons oil (for the pan)
For Topping:
Gyoza sauce

Extra green onions
In a bowl, combine ground pork, green onions, garlic, ginger paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and both peppers. Mix until fully combined!
Heat a tiny bit of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Use a cookie scoop to drop the pork mixture into the pan, or just roll it into small meatballs with your hands.
Lay a dumpling wrapper right on top of each portion and lightly press down.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.
Add a 1/3 cup of water to the pan, cover, and let steam for 5-6 minutes until the pork is fully cooked through.
Remove the lid and let any extra moisture cook off.
Top with gyoza sauce, chili crisp, sesame seeds and extra green onions!!
