Rick’s Cornbread

The best cornbread you will ever taste. Sweet and moist.

Ingredients

1 Cup self rising corn meal

1 Cup sour cream

1 14 ounce can of cream corn

1 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar chesse

1/3 Cup chopped cooked bacon

1 Tablespoon dry ranch dressing mix

2 Eggs

1/2 Cup vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1: Place an iron skillet in over and pre heat oven to 450 degrees

Step 2: Mix all the ingredients together and pour into hot skillet

Step 3: Bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is set.
