Rick’s Tuna Casserole

1 large cans of tuna in water

½ pound of fresh green beans

¼ pound of baby carrots

3 cups egg noodles cooked

12 ounces of cream of mushroom soup (homemade is best and easy)

12 ounces of whole milk

1 cup sour cream

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 ½ tablespoons of Rick’s House Season

½ stick butter, melted

            1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crumbled

Cook green beans and carrots in water until tender

In a bowl, mix soup, sour cream and house season together

Add cooked noodles, cooked green beans and carrots into the bowl of soup mixture

Add cheese and drained tuna.  Mix all together

Spray casserole pan with non-stick spray

Pour mixture into casserole dish.  Top with Ritz crackers and melted butter.  Bake at 350-degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbling. 

Old Recipe Pecan Pie

2 cups pecans chopped fine

1 cup sugar

1 cup vinegar

½ cup butter milk

½ cup flour

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon ground clove

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking soda dissolved in warm water

1 cup corn syrup

3 tablespoons melted butter.

1 pie crust

Mix everything together and pour into pie crust.  Bake at 350-degrees for 30-40 minutes
