Rtiz Crackers Cookies

1 sleeve of Ritz crackers

1 stick of butter

1 cup of brown sugar

1/2 cup of chocolate chips

M&M’s or other toppings of your choice

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin pan with cupcake papers.

Place a Ritz cracker in each cup.

Melt the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

Pour about 1 tablespoon of the caramel mixture over each cracker.

Bake for 8 minutes or until the caramel is bubbly.

Remove from the oven and top each cookie with about 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips. Let it sit for 1 minute, then spread the melted chocolate.

Top with M&M’s or your preferred toppings.

Refrigerate for at least an hour to set the chocolate.
