Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- Croutons, lightly crushed (optional)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
Step 1:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season shrimp with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 2:
Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and fully cooked. Remove from heat.
Step 3:
In a bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
Step 4:
Warm tortillas slightly for easy wrapping.
Step 5:
Place Caesar salad mixture on each tortilla, top with shrimp and crushed croutons.
Step 6:
Roll tightly into wraps and serve with lemon wedges.
