Shrimp Chili Garlic Oil Noodles

Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles or wheat noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons chili oil (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Optional: sesame seeds or chili flakes

Directions

Step 1:
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2:
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until lightly golden.

Step 3:
Add shrimp and cook until pink and just done.

Step 4:
Stir in chili oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar.

Step 5:
Add cooked noodles and toss until well coated.

Step 6:
Season with salt if needed and cook for 1–2 minutes.

Step 7:
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
