Shrimp Garlic Butter Toasts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 6–8 slices baguette or bread, toasted

Directions

Step 1:
Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 2:
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Step 3:
Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes, and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink.

Step 4:
Stir in lemon juice and parsley.

Step 5:
Spoon shrimp mixture over toasted bread slices.

Step 6:
Serve immediately while warm.
