Shrimp Mango Salsa Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled, deveined, cooked & chopped
  • 1 ripe mango, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes or chopped jalapeño (optional)
  • Wonton wrappers or lettuce leaves (for cups)
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Directions

Step 1:
Bake or air-fry wonton wrappers in a muffin tin at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes until crisp. Let cool.

Step 2:
In a bowl, combine shrimp, mango, red onion, bell pepper, and cilantro.

Step 3:
Add lime juice, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Mix gently.

Step 4:
Spoon shrimp mango salsa into crispy cups or lettuce leaves.

Step 5:
Serve immediately for best crunch and freshness.
