Ingredients
- 1 flatbread or naan
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2:
Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and chili flakes; sauté until fragrant.
Step 3:
Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink, about 2–3 minutes per side.
Step 4:
Stir in lemon juice and remove shrimp from heat.
Step 5:
Place flatbread on a baking sheet and sprinkle cheese evenly over the surface.
Step 6:
Arrange cooked shrimp on top and drizzle with remaining garlic butter from the pan.
Step 7:
Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and flatbread is crispy.
Step 8:
Garnish with fresh parsley and slice before serving.
