Ingredients
- 8 oz noodles (egg noodles or rice noodles)
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2–3 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
Step 1:
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
Step 3:
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 4:
Stir in sriracha, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili flakes. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.
Step 5:
Add cooked noodles and shrimp back to the skillet. Toss well until fully coated and heated through.
Step 6:
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
