Thai Peanut Dressing

1 cup or 16 1 tablespoon servings

Ingredients

1/4 cup peanut butter

1/2+ cup water

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar (or cider vinegar or lime juice)

2 tablespoons brown sugar (or honey or palm sugar)

1 tablespoon chili sauce more to taste

2 teaspoons garlic, grated

2 teaspoons ginger, grated

2 tablespoons peanuts roasted and chopped

1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

1 tablespoon parley
