Ingredients
- 2 flatbreads or naan
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, torn
Directions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Step 2:
Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil and spread tomato sauce evenly.
Step 3:
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the sauce.
Step 4:
Arrange sliced tomatoes on top and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5:
Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.
Step 6:
Remove from oven and top with fresh basil leaves.
Step 7:
Slice and serve warm.
