Tomato Garlic Shrimp Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved (or crushed tomatoes)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: red chili flakes

Directions

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Step 2:
Arrange shrimp evenly in the baking dish.

Step 3:
In a bowl, mix tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and chili flakes.

Step 4:
Pour tomato garlic mixture over the shrimp.

Step 5:
Bake uncovered for 15–18 minutes, until shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Step 6:
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot with rice, pasta, or bread.
