- 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup apple, diced
- 1 cup banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup blueberries or pomegranate seeds
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts – optional)
- Mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Directions
Step 1:
In a bowl, whisk yogurt and honey until smooth and creamy.
Step 2:
Add lemon juice if using, to enhance freshness.
Step 3:
Gently fold in all chopped fruits until evenly coated.
Step 4:
Top with nuts and garnish with mint leaves.
Step 5:
Chill for 10–15 minutes or serve immediately.
