Yogurt Lemon Baked Fish

Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or haddock)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh dill or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2:
In a bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Step 3:
Place fish fillets in a greased baking dish.

Step 4:
Spread yogurt mixture evenly over the fish.

Step 5:
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Step 6:
Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes.

Step 7:
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
